■今年デビュー53年、今なお森山直太朗はじめ多くのミュージシャンに影響を与え続けるシンガーソングライター、友部正人がミディ在籍時にリリースしたシングルを全て網羅したシングル・コンピレーション。さらに1991年に自主制作でリリースされた「グッドモーニングブルース」と1972年にURCレコードよりリリースされた「もう春だね／乾杯」も収録。 JRグループのCM曲としてオンエアされたエルビス・プレスリー「LOVE ME TENDER」の日本語カバーや、宮沢和史が作曲、THE BOOMが演奏を務めた「すばらしいさよなら」、矢野誠との共作「おしゃれな服」「花」、ボ・ガンボスが参加した「朝は詩人」「ゆうれいなんていかしてる」など話題となった楽曲をはじめ、アルバムとは異なるシングル・バージョンの楽曲も多数収録。全曲最新リマスタリング。マスタリングエンジニアは風間萌 (studio Chatri)
”A single compilation album featuring all the singles released by singer-songwriter Masato Tomobe during his time with MIDI Records, who, even 53 years after his debut, continues to influence many musicians, including Naotaro Moriyama. This collection also includes ””Good Morning Blues,”” independently released in 1991, and”Mo Haru da ne／Kanpai,” released by URC Records in 1972.The compilation features notable tracks such as the Japanese cover of Elvis Presley's ””Love Me Tender,”” which was aired as a commercial song for the JR Group, ””Subarashii Sayonara,”” composed by Kazufumi Miyazawa and performed by THE BOOM, and collaborations with Makoto Yano like ””Osharena Fuku”” and ””Hana.”” Other highlights include ””Asa wa Shijin”” and ””Yuurei Nante Ikashiteru,”” featuring Bo Gumbos, as well as single versions of songs that differ from their album counterparts. All tracks have been newly remastered, with mastering handled by Moe Kazama (Studio Chatri).”
