■『故郷の風』

世界最高峰のピアノFAZIOLI(ファツィオリ)とメタル尺八AireedXによる夢の共演！松本峰明pfと三塚幸彦尺八による全曲オリジナルによる待望の2ndアルバム。

このアルバムにおける私の作品は、1曲目のトロピカルムーン以外は全て日本の色々な景色や季節などを私なりに表現した曲になっています。
それぞれのタイトルにあるようなイメージで作りましたが、それを曲からそれぞれ感じ取っていただければと思います。
演奏形態としては所謂ジャズでよくあるデュオの形を踏襲していますが、アドリブの内容等やはり和の趣が出ていて、とてもユニークなものになっていると思います。
私の個人的な感想ですが、全編にわたり、三塚さんの尺八演奏は特筆ものです。
まず1曲目の『トロピカルムーン』。
本来尺八の特性上演奏の難しい、半音を含め沢山の音が飛び交う曲ですが、全く違和感なく自然に演奏されていて驚きます。
又、『夏雨』でのアドリブなどとても個性的で熱く、素晴らしい演奏です。
その他の私の曲でも曲想に沿った適切なテーマの歌い方、アドリブなど、私の思った以上に良い作品に仕上がっていると感じます。
それから、比較的難解になってしまう傾向のある私の曲の合間に、三塚さんのオリジナル曲の『故郷』や『木霊』の美しいメロディーがホッとする清涼剤の様に感じられて、通して全曲を聞いた時とても良いアクセントになっていると思います。
それともう一つ、録音エンジニアとしての顔も持つ三塚さんの録音された音の良さも素晴らしい！
我が家のファツィオリの音、三塚さん自作の尺八の音色がくっきりと再現されています。

A dream co-starring with the world's highest peak piano FAZIOLI and the only one ‘Metal Shakuhachi' AireedX！ The long-awaited 2nd Jazz album with all original songs by Homei Matsumoto (Piano) and Yukihiko Mitsuka (Shakuhachi).

Except for the first song, Tropical Moon, all of my songs in this album express the various scenery and seasons of Japan in my own way. I made them with the image in each title, so I would be happy if you could feel it from the song.
As for the form of performance, it follows the form of a duo that is common in so-called jazz, but the content of the improvisations has a Japanese flavor, and I think it is very unique. I think Mr. Mitsuka's shakuhachi performance is noteworthy throughout the piece.
First, the first track is ”Tropical Moon”, It is a song with many sounds, including chromatic scales, which are difficult to play due to the characteristics of the shakuhachi, but I'm surprised that he plays naturally without any sense of incongruity.
Also, the ad-lib play on the shakuhachi in the second song ”Natsuame” is a very unique, hot and wonderful performance.
Also, in between my songs which tend to be relatively difficult to understand, The beautiful melodies of Mr. Mitsuka's original songs ”Furusato” and ”Kodama” feel like a refreshing cooling agent, I think it's a very good accent.
Also, the quality of the sound recorded by Mr. Mitsuka, who is also a recording engineer, is wonderful！ The sound of very rare the Fazioli piano in my home and the sound of Mr. Mitsuka's shakuhachi are clearly reproduced.
